Actually, this really isn't an article written by me. It started as an encouraging 'pep talk' email sent to me from Brian Rooney, one of my trusted partners in Online Marketing.
Even though the email wasn't sent as a marketing article, I wanted so much to share the powerful thoughts with my newsletter subscribers.
Here is what Brian had to say to those of us who partners with him in Trafficwave.net LLC:

I am often asked for more "secrets" or some "other" way to be successful with the Online Marketing. My response is always the same: It's all right there in the back office of your program.
I haven't held back any "secret" information or "hidden" tips for the elite as the director of Trafficwave.net LLC.
The great mystery of online marketing is that there really is no mystery to it. My online marketing success comes as a result of consistently following some basic steps on a daily basis.
For those of us using Trafficwave.net, these same steps are outlined in our back office and are available to all of our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
But information is only part of the story.
The true keys to success are found in something other than just having information.
The keys to success as I see them are:
1) Absolute commitment to your own success.
2) A willingness to go "all out" and leave no room for failure.
3) Total dedication to the belief that you are successful (the rest is details).
That may sound like some sort of "hype" or just another pep talk but if you really consider what I'm saying here, you may just grasp a very important and critical element of success that is shared by all those that achieve levels of excellence in their field.
Without the absolute commitment to your success; without the willingness to fully commit and go 'all out'; without the deep inner conviction that you are successful; all of this training article is just more words on your computer screen.
The person that fully believes in and expects to fulfill their own success is already ahead of the competition. They approach every task with an attitude that says, "Of course I can do this. What I don't know can be learned and I will do what it takes
to not only learn it, but to master it.".
Every single one of us (including me) starts out by not knowing anything about online marketing.
But years ago, when I realized that it can be done (I had seen it done by others), I realized that I could do it, too.
I knew it would mean learning new skills. I knew it would mean experiencing some setbacks along the way. I knew it would mean working long hard hours (especially in the beginning).
I had a "regular" job just like many of our members do now. I had to spend nights and weekends learning how to market online. I had to give up some television, some goofing off, and some sleep. But the end result is that I learned the skills. I mastered some of the techniques.
I am learning more as I go along in my journey. And the best part is... I am passing it all along to you.
The thing that you absolutely must be prepared to do is to commit fully to your own success and begin taking one step at a time.
Don't just read or glance at a training article. Take the time to absorb it.... to study it... to test it out. Then build on that new knowledge one step at a time.
By applying yourself fully... even if it is just for 15 minutes a day... you will become a successful online marketer. (end quote)
